This is what I think should be added for the next big update for console.
Structure Block
Since the console doesn't have the ability to copy and paste like pc,the structure block would make up for that problem. An example is taking a structure you just built in one area then making an exact copy in an other area without going back to the first structure just to make sure you're doing it right.
Builder's Wand
The builder's wand from the better builder's wand mod is a helpful tool to have in creative mode on console, for example when placing blocks where you want them takes alot of time when you are doing it by yourself especially when building a giant castle or creating custom mountain, hills, on a flat world.
Comand Block.
When console does get create servers option these three items will be helpful in creating custom maps.
And I think these three items should only be in creative mode.
