What Silk Touch Should Be Able To Do In Xbox 360

I think silk touch should be able to pickup a Mob Spawners or at least make it where the pistons can push the Mob Spawners around to where you want it like if you wanted it closer to your house, and to make the Mob Spawners not limited to 5 mobs but like 8 mobs, and to make it wear you tame more mobs.
