Raspberry Jelly Roll

Dock out a small (10') dough to a medium similar to the pepperoni rolls. Then spread raspberry fruit spread on all but a third, roll up cut into small rolls. When they are out of the oven put a dollop of cream cheese icing on the top while hot so it melts down the side of the roll. Serves 6 jelly rolls to an order.
