Apple Pie Pizza

I think it would be a great idea to combine apple pie and pizza. I'm thinking you could do a pastry dough with butter, cinnamon,and sugar as the sauce. Then place apple slices on the top. Then coat the top with gram cracker crumbs and drizzled Carmel. You could even do a deep dish version.
