Sourdough Bread For People With Gluten Sensitivity

Recent studies just found that people with celiac disease can eat sourdough bread with no reaction. It works, I know because I can't eat regular bread but i have started eating sourdough bread and they're correct. It does not hurt me at all. If you could offer sourdough bread in consideration of us poor people that can't eat regular bread YOU WOULD SEE US AT SUBWAY! Please research this and I think you'll see what I'm talking about. Thanks!
