Not Cruise Control But Speed Control!

With cruise control you allowed to set your speed and just relax and cruise without touching the peddles I need a speed control car. I would like a way to speed lock my car until I change it again. If the speed limit is 35 I will turn the knob to 35 so my cars limit at that point is only allowed to go as fast as 35 and the car is still working as normal breaking slowing down and still never passing 35mph and when it's time to jump on the 65mph free way I just turn the knob to 65 and give myself a limit on how fast I can go, with cruise control as soon as you need the break you have to reset your speed again vs giving myself a limit it will allow me to be more responsible with my driving and care free because I will know my car is not allowed to pass a certain speed unless I want it too.
