1. Put the clock back on the display bar above the computer display (where it used to be). Some display screens do not include the clock (weather map for example). You'd be amazed how many times you look for the clock while driving.

2. Switches for heated seat. Keep the same setting for the toggle switch (up is high heat; down is low heat). But make it spring loaded so it's default is always in the middle (current off position). Up once is high; up twice is high off. Down once is low; twice is off. In this set it doesn't matter how much force you use to select either setting and you don't have to take your eyes off the road to ensure it is where you wanted it.
