What happens is as your car starts running out of power and you can use some of the electric power you got left you can start running the fan and as soon as the wind starts picking up on blowing it then starts making power is a good idea on the motorway as if you can't find a service station so is easier to turn it on so you don't worry that you running out of power see it can still be charged on a charger I have got drawings of it to
