No Need For Charge You Car

Dear toyota,
I have an inovative idea for the Electrical car.... it will change the world ... if you add to the Electrical car the following it will never need to connect it for power supply!
1 use the wind power while the car moving (like radiator fan)
2. Add the recharging on back weels
3.add solar cell on the floor of the car .
