New Idea Of Weight Display In Central Screen Console

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Diljith. I am from a village in Kerala State, India.
I have a new Idea in my mind. In car display console we have many features like touch screen, navigation, camera, TV, Bluetooth, Music system, Phone dialer etc.. Why can't we have a digital display of weight in kg automatically displayed like odometer which shows overall weight of the Car/vehicle travelers plus luggage weight inside the car....Similar to the digital speedometer. Which shows less speed when speed is less and more when speed is high. So when people are in it shows exact weight, when someone goes out or luggage goes it shows current weight. This is a value added feature with advantage because:

In short this will be like weight display sceen in LIFTS or ELEVATOR

For passenger vehicles

1) People can check their weight.
2) It's a new feature which no body have thought of or in place which will be selling proposition.
3) It will increase your sales after adding this new feature and will be first in country or world.
4) User will come to know maximum permissible weight that car can carry.
5) In turn helps him in managing the car, himself and fuel efficiency and speed.
6) Especially for kids this will be a new experience
7) Since the overall kerb weight is displayed, driver or user will know if any part is lost or missing if weight shows a minus
8) Highway police can to an extent trace the transportation of illegal drugs.
9) Helps to assess the fuel efficiency and Tyre's durability

For transport vehicles like Trucks, Lorry, Bus etc
1) It can display the overall weight of the passengers in the vehicle (it can highlight maximum permissible weight)
2) This will be a new add on feature when implemented will attract new customers and inturn increase sales of vehichle. People will buy because of the new advantage when advertised.


It can be incorporated in pickup trucks, Tippers, Buses, Big trucks and cars, even in bicycle, cabs, autos and two wheelers which will be very useful
I don't have any engineering degree to show this, just have an idea. I dream a car at this age but I don't have. On other hand i have so many debts, struggling in pandemic. I hope you understand an Indian youth's dreams and pain..
