otel.com is the worst travel booking website i have ever dealt with. they are the most deceptive misleading company. they assured me both verbally and in written form that VAT was included in my reservation, but the hotel said it was not. as a result i had to pay VAT two times. customer service was robotic and in denial. because of Trivago directing me to this site, i will also never book with trivago again
