Instead of Conjugal visits, Married inmates will get Saturday and Sunday to go spend time with their spouses with a 10:00 PM return report deadline.Any form of delay will be reported to law enforcement and the inmate will be considered a fugitive and violator of federal and state offenses and pursued by the FBI,police, and Sheriffs.
