Hi,
I use uber and uber eat on a daily basis both at home and at work and nearly every single time the drivers have trouble finding the building or the most suitable place to park. It is quite frustrating to have to guide the driver to my work address each time they are often late as the get lost. At home they always park halfway down the road or in the adjacent apartments car park. When it is raining this is pretty annoying.
I think there should be a function where customers and drivers can send a picture to uber of the building and/or update the gps marker. Then the driver could be notified to 'look for this' or 'park here' using a recent picture message to show them where to wait.
