Uber Service Improvement Idea

1. Uber in Bogota sets the ride location in a range of more than 100 meters. This requires the user to go stand on the street to hail their ride. I try to keep a low profile due to taxi drivers dislike of Uber, so why can't they stop in front of my address, so I can get in the front seat like I would do with a driver or friend.?
