Uber Service Improvement Idea

When scheduling rides, uber currently does display the "schedule ride" on the screen, if the service is not available where the customer is located. Instead, it should display the "schedule ride" button, and ask for the pick up location, and based on this should display a message as to whether or not one can schedule a ride.
I was struggling with this for over two hours, as I wanted to be picked up from a different location, and uber would not let me schedule rides.
