1.The idea is to enable the uber app to be be in free mode. It will enable those who are in areas where there is no internet connection be able to use the app for accessing its services.
2.To provide the app with options of different languages used in different countries in the world.
This will allow a vast population who are not familiar with the English language to be able to use the app to access various services.
