Uber App Feature To Indicate Ride Preferences For Customers

This would be a feature added to the Uber app which allows customers to indicate certain preferences which have a direct impact on overall ride satisfaction. This could include presets such as preferred level of communication with the driver such as feeling sociable, music/radio or total silence as well as the ability to set a general message for the driver. The preferences could be viewed by the driver along with the customer's profile upon receiving the call.
