A rider only know the kind of vehicle picking them up after they order the pickup. If the pickup is done remotely for an elderly person that cannot get in and out of an SUV or Van without help, and it is difficult for them, there should be a way BEFORE I order the Uber to know if it will be an SUV/Van or passenger car/sedan. Not the exact model, since everyone will want a BMW or Lexus, just if it is a car or not. I had to cancel two Ubers in a row for my elderly mother because they were SUVs. This is a no-brainer that should have happened years ago!
