Uber Driver

I have an idea that would take Uber driver to a level no one is thinking of..... my idea is to add another stage after platinum that allows you to recruit other drivers to join your team.... This will motivate other drivers to grind deliveries and gives a sense that u have your own establishment... the leader of the team would maybe get a very small % of each order that is done or a small % everytime they cashout ...I'm positive this will take Uber driver to the next level
