UBER Suggestions To Help Drivers

1. Give Drivers 1 "mulligan" a month where uber will drop 1 worst passenger rating. There are jerks everywhere and one jerk giving a 1star hurts the drivers rating. It cost Uber nothing to drop one bad rating.
2. Minimum fee of $5 for the driver. $2 trips cost the drivers money and keep them out of the neighborhoods where short trips occur.
3. Provide better driver reporting to help the drivers decide best times of day, locations and days of week to work.
