Reinforcements Based On Operator.

So the idea is: The amount of reinforcements that Operators have is dependent on their stats. If you are a 3 armour operator such as Rook or Doc then you are capable of holding 3 reinforcements, and if you're a 1 armour operator like Bandit or Pulse then you can only hold 1 reinforcement. I believe this would make Siege more strategic for 1 armour operators knowing that they could only reinforce one hatch/wall etc, whilst the 3 armour are more of an anchor and can be the 'Defenders'
