Avalanches, snowball fights, being towed behind a snowmobile, being towed behind a truck on a Winding Road like tubing, zip lines, be able to go into certain buildings like a lodge, wild animals that you might sometimes spot, certain quests where you find an injured person and have to get them down the mountain, being able to ride on snowmobiles, quests that show you how to do tricks, avoiding dangerous animals like Bears or moose, that's all my suggestions for now thank you.
