So far, we've had revenge and the greater good regarding the driving themes of this franchise. To Aiden Pearce, CToS was a one-time get rich quick scheme turned tool of vengeance. To Marcus Holloway, CToS woke him up to the truth of the system and spurred his own rage against the machine.

So what's the third protagonist's driving force? Principle. CToS is this monstrous behemoth that was started with, in her mind, was the best of intentions. A former White Hat for Blume canned (And falsely imprisoned for a time) spends just enough time in a cell to lose some belly pooch, learn a few things from the street, and potentially get a contact or two for the local dedsec cell on her release. The game starts with her. . . .creatively getting in contact with one of the less-savvy members, and discovering that being on the other side of the law can be a touch fun.

There aren't enough good cynical main characters in games. And the only reason I don't flat out say Raymond Kenny should be the third MC is he seems more like a mentor-figure/deuteragonist than a true MC, seeing as he's in both games. I'd like to see how he interacts with someone not obsessed with revenge or a borderline anarchistic character.
