Wildlands Team Customization

Hii! I follow wildlands development and i came up with an idea that i would like to share!
I think that the player should be able to customize all the 4 team members! Not only one! If that is the case! And the player should be able to swap in between all 4 members while on single player! Like this team flexibility and play style would be even more variable! And the player would be able to lvl up all characters, like this the player would be able to create a diverse team with different employments and concepts of operations within the game...pretty much like in real life!

I will certantly buy the game!
