Dear Sir/Mam,
I worked for Volkswagen Mumbai & Skoda Mumbai for 8 month in after sales department as a Service Adviser and I really released that the way Volkswagen group is working in India is totally worthless. There are so many protocols & useless procedure and the products Volkswagen made for servicing is very best for German climates but not good for Indian climates and roads.
I would like to give my suggestions to improve our products and service by my experience.
I am also working on engine cooling system because of it, the energy we loos in heat energy will be saved, and it will indirectly helps for fuel economy. i would also like to work on it with Volkswagen group.
