In order to reduce the cost of associates needing to bring in shopping carts from the parking lot, for a one month trial, offer customers a quarter for bringing in their own cart to the store from the parking lot. One quarter per person per day.
Say associates make anywhere from $11-$15 a hour. But you also have 500+ customers in a hour.now think $.25 a person for 500+ customers or $11-$15 a hour for 3 to 4 associates. That idea would lose walmart millions in a few months.500 customers would be $125 a hour when one associate makes under 100 that hour
