Hello, I'd like to recommend a new idea to Whatsapp that isn't new to the mobile phone world, but could be a new feature to Whatsapp. iOs recently released a feature in phone settings that would silence unknown numbers not saved in your contacts. It'd be nice if Whatsapp could implement the same feature giving users the option to activate that feature or not. For example, if the Whatsapp user wants their number/profile to be invisible to users that are not registered in there phone books, they wouldn't be reachable on Whatsapp. The Whatsapp user would select if he/she wants to opt in for that new feature but I definitely think it would add a blanket of security for many. In the past, I've been harassed by unknown numbers daily via whatsapp by video call, calls and messages and I would appreciate it if Whatsapp could implement this feature.
