Save Space, Download Only Once, Tag Media As "non Important"

Hello.

I understand you get 1000 of these kind of email, but what I would love whatsapp would allow us to do:

1) Select SD card as default folder for media
2) Calculate hash of received media (photos, and video), so if you receive the same media file from the same or different contacts, whatsapp can recognize it and only store 1 copy, saving us disk space.
3) When sending media to a contact, be able to "tag" it as "Non important". In this way, whatsapp would have an option to automatically delete all non important media files once a week/month. 99% of media files I send and receive are jokes, memes, work related things that could perfectly and safely be deleted after viewed.

All this because i constantly run out of space because of whatsapp media. It does not matter if you have 8gb, 16, 32 or 128.
I just deleted near 10.000 media files, all junk, and separating the junk files from the important information (family photos) took me 5 days.

At least, 2) and 3) are easy to do, and will facilitate the life of million of people.
