Video Chat Conversation

I do video chat conversation with my nephew who is 1.5 years old and obvious he is fascinated with smartphones as any other kid. After we call he takes the phone and immediately get attracted with the red button and presses it. Even though we call 20 times times he always likes to press the red button :( which is frustrating. Would you develop a child lock functionality while watching the videos, so that they cant press the red button :).
