There's a novel idea! Been working on trying to edit my FREE local business listing all day today but Yahoo has a technical glitch that will not allow me to edit/remove my listing. It says INVALID NAME when I put in my company name!!! WTF! I've called several times today and am on hold forever until your system decides to hang up on me. Where is the love?

Your directory listings will be valued by their relevance and accuracy. If over time, small business owners like me cannot access them to make edits such as phone numbers, names changes, logo changes and other things crucial to business building, then YAHOO will join the likes of YELP, known for it's slanted content and sketchy business practices.

I need a live YAHOO person to help me resolve your technical issue because it is beyond me to effect any change with the poor user interface you have set up.
