I think this comment is a bit over the top. I many years of business I have discovered that generally people respond to you the way you interact with them. I have issues with the UPS customer service but not with individuals. It has been my experience that the individual people try their best to be responsive and helpful. When they are unable to provide reasonable answers I suspect it is a system problem more often than not. Translate that as a senior executive issue in failing to provide the tools and training needed.
