Flag Uber new idea comment

This idea has plagued me for months now, just as I thought about going forward with it here in Austin, they shut uber down here...I here it is up and running again but cant seem to talk with anyone in person, the site wants me to indulge in info with out conversing the idea first..I wish to talk with an UBER agent to find out if this can be set up my e/m add in the Hill Country area west of Austin , I have limited days that i can run..but weekends are my goal to maintain keeping my Truck , 3 days a week I under-go Dialysis , I was forced to quit driving Commercially after 20 yrs...but my Pick-up is ready and willing to help those in need on my days off between dialysis treatments, I am simply trying to subsidize possibly my income a bit..ssdi isnt enough
