Ideas For Service Plan Add Ons, Extra Data, Rollover

There are so many things you can do with cell phones, but it eats your data, such as downloading music, videos, movies.. Playing games, surfing the web, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Using apps. If you use Wifi it saves your data from being used up, but not everyone has access to Wifi. So those of us who don't have Wifi just sit by and watch our data disappear, which leads to a very slow phone, and very upset customers. So, my ideas are.... Why not have a roll over option. If you have data left over at the end of your service, you should be able to rollover the left over data, as long as you refill your service on time and keep your service going. This would increase your data and maybe make people happy. Another idea to keep us customers happy, I think, would be extra data to purchase once your 5GB has runn out. You could offer add on GB for additional charges. Like add on 3 more GB for maybe $15-$20. You could offer anywhere from 1-5 addition GB for a charge. I think if you offered these options, you could possibly get more customers and keep your current customers happy.
