I noticed you are closing stores. I also noticed Panera bread and such are taking away your customer base, and your owners lose too much money on 5 dollar footlongs.

1. Offer 3" sandwiches.
2. Reduce bread size depthwise.
3. Use kraft olive oil or avocado oil mayo in the tuna, reducing the calories considerably
4. Offer a 5 dollar lunch of 3" sandwich, apple slices and drink.
5. Seasonal fresh fruit bowls?
6. Offer 3" sandwich and small spup.
