Public Relations Idea

My boyfriend is the general manager of a local subway. I've recently went to him with a idea and I think it may help with subway in general get over this entire Jared fiasco or at least take some of the sting off. My boyfriend loves his job so much if you cut him right now he would bleed green and yellow when business is down so is he when its good hes great. This Jared thing has effected business and employees badly so I got to thinking. When I think subs I think heroes and vise versa now when you mention subway people make a Jared joke and that's just bad business. Instead of Subway being put in the category with criminals it needs to be put in the category with the heroes who take those criminals down and its easily done. How about a new campaign? Maybe a new hero sub! I think you should do hero appreciation week or month. Any cop, firefighter or paramedic that comes in uniform or shows a badge gets a free cookie, drink or meal upgrade something to pull the focus off this Jared thing and put the focus on something positive and bring customers back. I think its a genius idea and needs to be taken into serious consideration it may be able to turn things around. Thanks so much for your time.
