Remote Start System Programmed Inside Vehicle To Specific Time

Remote starts have been on remote controls to vehicles why can't there be a timer that can be set within the vehicle, mainly on dash somewhere to a specific time you'd like the vehicle to star? with AM and PM timers just like many other products have. This could be a standard feature even though it will be build in price and no outside contracted vendors have to be consulted. This is perfect for working people like myself who have set schedules like clock work (no pun intended) i'd like to have my vehicle start before I get out in am and ready for me especially in winter and when I leave my office without having to try to find a window in my building near enough to click from the 3rd floor to start the car.
