Due to increased porch pirates all over the US, an U House in every neighborhood can be used as a shipping address for a fee. The U House will protect parcels from theft and parcels delivered maybe picked up during designated pick up times set by U House. Homeowners with garage space can sign up with Uber if they want to use their house as U House and get paid for every package they receive and protect from theft. Fee $1.00 for parcels 5lbs or less, $2.00 parcels between 5lb-10lbs,
$3.00 parcels between 10lbs-15lbs and fee increases $1.00 every 5 lbs.
