I suggest uber not to show drivers rating on riders cellphones and app.but instead send riders vehicles based upon their profile .This will help riders not to prejudge a driver the minute she or he gets into the drivers vehicle.The profile will help uber center decide who to send out based upon how sensitive the customer is with regard to the trip he or she has requested.The profile should be categorised in Navigation,how patient the driver is when confronted with severe cases ,how helpful etc.
