In addition to being able to request a non-smoking car, there should be options to choose a quite ride as some chatty drivers consider silence as rudeness and they will rate lower. Also, allow option for scent-free ride. I've had countless rides enduring heavy cologne, air fresheners and/or body odor and leaving with severe nausea and a migraine due to severe scent allergies. Consider people who cannot tolerate scent such as those with allergies or have sensitivities due to taking certain medications or are ill, eg. Cancer, chemotherapy.
Lastly, Uber should not pair a passenger and driver together again if either of the 2 gets a 3 or lower star rating. Lyft does it.
I have contacted Uber for this very reason! they need a scent free allergy sensitive ride!! I have also vomited from being exposed to air freshers and heavy cologne after an uber drive! It's out of control. It seems to be a constant theme all over the world. Uber drivers are all toxic. They don't even realize that those petrochemicals cause them harm from breathing them in all day.
