Similar to At&t "Rollover data" and T-Mobile "Data stash" .. Why charge someone 300 for 40 GB if all lines only used 33 GB . The 7 GB would be considered leftovers similar to food . first day of bill cycle all lines would have a total of 47 GB thats including the leftover data
