An internal combustion rotary engine that comprises a rotary central drive shaft supported by supporting means on its sides with its corresponding motor seats, that include at least one radial arm connected permanently to said central drive shaft by one of its sides, and by the other distal side it is connected to least one spheroidal combustion chamber associated on one side to an admission duct that carries the air supplied by a compressor with its corresponding power means; and said duct includes a valve for the closure and opening of the passage of air, and on the other side, an exhaust gas duct that includes a valve for the control of the closure and opening of the passage of those gases to be collected by a collector that ends in an extractor of those gases with its corresponding power means; and at least one combustion chamber also has fuel ignition and injection means related to a system of generation, propulsion and distribution of electricity and a system of supply, propulsion and distribution of fuel according to the Disel of Otto cycle engine's features.
