Categorizing Chats

Hey!

I'm a busy person who has lots of chats on the same day, some with people and some with groups (which may have similar titles and topics).

Because I get texted a lot, it's very easy for some messages to remain unseen. Sometimes it's a bit confusing when I scroll down searching for a chat, especially the ones with similar titles.

I know I can search for a chat by typing, but it's easy to forget what chats I have when there are lots of them. Also, the messy look of the long list of chats makes it hard to manage.

I suggest you add a feature where the user can create folders inside the app and put chats in them. For example: the user creates folders named "friends", "family", "work", and puts the suitable chats in them.
