Enable a Primary user and a secondary user. Primary, parent, secondary the child who is under 16. Primary can view all messages sent and receive, but will be unable to send messages. Primary will also be able to suspend or pause secondary account. This will be used when the child needs to be punished or inappropriate contnent were send or received.
